Growth Strategy
Marketing Strategy
A position worth defending, and a plan that pays for itself.
The problem
Brands in crowded categories usually describe themselves in the same words as their competitors — quality, trust, service, experience. When every option sounds identical, price becomes the only differentiator, and the category races to the bottom together.
Precision
How the work actually runs.
Find the honest difference
What is actually true about you that a competitor cannot say without lying.
Build the message around it
Positioning, proof points and the objections that must be answered before someone buys.
Sequence the spend
What gets funded first, what waits for evidence, and what gets cut to fund it.
Evidence
Measured in the client’s own systems.
Questions
Answered before you ask.
Do you do brand identity and design?
We define the positioning and the message. Visual identity is handled by specialists we work alongside — we would rather introduce you to a good one than pretend it is our craft.
How long does a positioning engagement take?
Four to six weeks, most of which is spent on customer and competitor evidence rather than on writing. The writing is the fast part once the evidence exists.
What if we disagree with the positioning?
Then it is not finished. A position the founder does not believe will not survive contact with a sales conversation, so agreement is the deliverable, not the document.
