Growth Strategy

Digital Strategy

The channel plan, the measurement plan, and the order they get built in.

The problem

Digital plans usually list channels without stating dependencies. Everything is scheduled to start at once, tracking arrives last, and by the time measurement works the first quarter of spend can no longer be explained. The sequence matters more than the list.

Precision

How the work actually runs.

01

Measurement before media

Tracking, attribution and reporting exist before the first campaign runs, not after the first bad month.

02

Stage the channels

Start where intent is highest and cost is knowable, expand once the economics are proven.

03

Define what would make us stop

Written thresholds, agreed in advance, so ending something is a decision rather than an argument.

Evidence

Measured in the client’s own systems.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

We already have a plan. Can you review it rather than write one?

Yes, and it is often the better use of a first engagement. A review takes two weeks and usually finds enough to pay for itself.

Do you write the plan or run it?

Either. Some clients want the sequence and keep delivery in-house; others want us to hold both. The plan is the same document in both cases.

How detailed does it get?

Detailed enough that a media buyer knows what to launch on Monday and a finance director knows what it costs. Anything beyond that is decoration.
