Temeralds is a growth practice, not a campaign shop. We started in 2017 running Google Ads for regional brands and spent the years since learning the thing that actually decides outcomes: the decision made before the campaign, not the optimisation made after it.

How we work
We open with your data rather than a three-month discovery, because your account already contains the answer to what is limiting growth. We write the diagnosis down, we ship the whole change together — campaigns, pages, creative and tracking — and then it becomes a cadence: weekly tests, a monthly written review, a quarterly reset.
We do not charge a percentage of media spend. Percentage fees reward spending more, which is the opposite of the incentive you want in the room.

Our Google Partner status is verifiable on Google’s own directory. Every campaign we run is listed publicly in Google’s Ads Transparency Center. Our team certifications are individually verifiable on Skillshop. We would rather you check than take our word for it.

Where are you based?

Do you work with competing brands?
Not in the same market and category without telling both parties first. Where a conflict exists we say so before the conversation goes further.
What size of client do you work with?
Companies with enough volume that the decisions matter — typically from around USD 3,000 a month in media per market. Below that the account cannot produce data reliable enough to act on.
How do you charge?
A fixed monthly retainer based on scope, never a percentage of spend.
