What we collect, and what we do not.

The data this site collects, why it exists, and how to have it removed.

The problem

Most privacy pages are written to survive a legal review rather than to be read. This one is written to be read, because the questions it answers are reasonable ones: what did you take, why, and can I have it back.

Collecting less is easier to defend than explaining why you collected more.

Precision

How the work actually runs.

01

What the contact form stores

Your name, role, work email, phone, company, website, country, the markets you sell in, your goal, timing, budget range and whatever you type in the open fields. All of it is what you chose to send.

02

What is captured without asking

The page you arrived on, the page you submitted from, the referring site, campaign parameters such as gclid and utm tags, your device type, browser language, timezone and screen size. This is how we know which campaign produced an enquiry — the same measurement we run for clients, applied to ourselves.

03

What happens to your IP address

We store a short one-way hash of it, never the address itself. Enough to notice the same person submitting twice, and useless to anyone who takes a copy of the database.

04

Analytics

This site runs first-party analytics on its own server. Nothing is sent to an advertising network for profiling and there is no cross-site tracking. A notice appears on your first visit and you can decline it.

05

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for two years afterwards, because someone who comes back in year two should not have to start again. Analytics sessions are kept for twelve months.

06

Who else sees it

Nobody outside this agency. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Strategy

Whether this is for you.

A good fit if

  • You want to know what a form actually stores
  • You would rather read six paragraphs than sixty

Not for you if

  • You are looking for a template covering every jurisdiction
  • You want a legal opinion rather than a description

Questions

Answered before you ask.

How do I get my data removed?

Message us from the address or number you used. We reply within one working day, delete within thirty, and confirm when it is done.

Do you use cookies?

The analytics here uses first-party storage rather than third-party cookies, and it stays off until you accept the notice. Nothing is shared with an advertising network.

What are the campaign parameters you mentioned?

Tags such as gclid and utm_source travel in the URL when you arrive from an ad or a link. We keep them with an enquiry so we know which campaign paid for it. That is attribution, not profiling — it says nothing about you personally.

Is my enquiry stored anywhere else?

It is emailed to us and stored on this site. It is not pushed into a CRM, an advertising platform or a mailing list.

Who is responsible for this data?

TEMERALDS. Every contact route on this site reaches the same team.

Does this cover Google's own data?

No. When you click an ad, Google collects data under its own policy, which we neither control nor can change. This page covers what this site and this agency hold.
