Tracking

Every call, form and WhatsApp message tied to the campaign that caused it.

The problem

In this region a large share of enquiries arrive by phone or WhatsApp, and both are usually invisible to the ad platforms. Optimisation therefore runs on the minority of conversions that happen to be web forms, and the channels that drive calls look like they are failing.

Precision

How the work actually runs.

01

Instrument every contact route

Click-to-call, click-to-WhatsApp, forms and chat, each as a distinct event.

02

Go server-side where it pays

Recovering the conversions lost to browser restrictions and ad blockers, which is frequently a fifth of the total.

03

Respect consent by design

Consent mode configured correctly, so measurement stays lawful and campaigns keep learning.

04

Document it

So the next website change does not silently break everything.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Will this break when we redesign the site?

Not if it is documented and tested, which is why documentation is part of the work rather than an extra. Undocumented tracking is the single most common cause of a mysteriously bad quarter.

How long does a tracking rebuild take?

An audit takes about 48 hours. Implementation is typically one to two weeks depending on how many contact routes and platforms are involved.

Does server-side tracking break privacy rules?

Not on its own. It changes where the data is processed, not what you are permitted to collect — consent still governs that, and consent mode is configured as part of the build.
