Data
Analytics
Reports that answer a question rather than display everything at once.
The problem
The standard analytics dashboard shows hundreds of metrics and answers none of the three questions a business actually has: where did revenue come from, what should we spend more on, and what should we stop.
Precision
How the work actually runs.
Start from the decisions
Which decisions this report has to support, then only the metrics that inform them.
Rebuild the property properly
Events, conversions and audiences configured deliberately rather than accepted as defaults.
One dashboard, not twelve
A single view the whole team reads the same way.
Evidence
Measured in the client’s own systems.
Questions
Answered before you ask.
GA4 or something else?
GA4 for most, because the ecosystem integration is worth the interface. Where privacy requirements or data ownership matter more, a self-hosted alternative is a serious option and we will say so.
Can you fix an existing GA4 property or does it need rebuilding?
Usually fixing is enough. Rebuilding loses your history, which is worth more than a tidy configuration, so we only rebuild when the existing data is genuinely unusable.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do, always. Every account we set up is created under your ownership with us granted access, not the other way round.
