CRO
Structured testing, run long enough to be true.
The problem
Most conversion testing is a list of opinions with a winner declared early. A test stopped the day it looks positive has roughly even odds of being wrong, and the change then gets rolled out everywhere on the strength of noise.
Precision
How the work actually runs.
Hypotheses from evidence
Each test starts from something observed in the data or in recordings, not from a best-practice list.
One variable that matters
Testing four things at once tells you the combination won, not which part of it.
Pre-agreed sample and duration
Set before the test starts, so the stopping decision is not made by whoever is watching.
Evidence
Measured in the client’s own systems.
Questions
Answered before you ask.
What if a test loses?
That is a result worth having. A losing test prevents a rollout that would have cost money quietly for a year.
How many tests can run at once?
On most sites, one per funnel stage. Running several on the same page makes the results uninterpretable, which is worse than running none.
Do you need developer access?
For most tests, no — they run through a testing tool. Structural changes and anything affecting load time need a developer, and we will say which is which up front.
